Longtime cook and newly minted restaurateur Robert Graham has been enamored with the flavors of Miami, Florida’s Cuban cuisine for most of his life.

Having traveled to and from Miami for more than 15 years–where he was trained in the recipes and techniques of a first generation Cuban chef–Robert brings to the kitchen his obsession and his experience in cooking flavorful, Miami-inspired Cuban food.

Partnering together with local microbrewery the Black Circle Brewing Co. (which you can find here), Robert uses the finest ingredients to deliver his own distinctive take on Cuban dishes.
